The problem we solve

When a shift can't go uncovered

A worker calls in sick, a participant's needs change, or demand grows faster than you can recruit. In care, an unfilled shift isn't just a staffing problem. It affects the people who depend on your service.

Umoja supplies qualified, screened support workers so you can keep care consistent and safe.
